After you place your order you will get a confirmation email, which already contains your (inactive) personal tracking link. Be sure to check your spam folder for this. To be on the safe side, you will get a second email, as soon as your order was shipped. From this point on you will be able to track your order with the given tracking link.
Please keep in mind that it will take between 1 and 4 working days for your Star Map to be produced. Until then, your tracking link will not be active.
