1. You placed your order less than 60 minutes ago
Please follow the instructions for placing a new order in the order confirmation email we sent you and cancel your order to place a new one.


2. Your order was placed more than 60 minutes ago

Please contact us via the contact form on our website so that we can find a solution together.


Please do not place a second order with the corrected address before contacting us – we cannot cancel or refund the first order.


If your address cannot be changed and you are unable to accept delivery at the address provided, we will resend your order at no additional cost once it has been returned to us.
